Privacy policy
We collect what a business marketplace needs and nothing for advertising. Here is what, why and for how long.

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run a business marketplace.
- Account: your email address, whether it is verified, your sign-in method and, if you sign in with Apixis ID, your Apixis ID user number.
- Submissions: the company name, contact email and specifications you enter in listings, RFQs and quotes, and the status history of each one.
- Seats: which seat you bought, when it started and ends, and the Apixis Wallet receipt number. We do not see or store card details.
- Waitlist and support: the email, company and message you send us.
- Cixy: the questions you type to the assistant and its answers.
- Security: a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limits, and basic server logs (IP address, browser, time, page).
3. How we use it
We use this information to provide Rawixis: to sign you in, review and publish submissions, pass quotes between the buyer and the supplier, send the emails you would expect (sign-in links, receipts, quote and deal notices), apply seat features, prevent abuse, meet legal and compliance duties, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
When a buyer accepts a quote, we share each side's company name and contact email with the other so they can complete the trade.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process data for us under contract:
- Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and sign-in).
- Resend (email delivery).
- Apixis Wallet (Apixis ID sign-in, Ixis balance and seat purchases).
- Anthropic (the AI model behind Cixy; only what you type to Cixy is sent).
5. Cookies
We use only cookies needed to run the site: a sign-in session cookie, and a private receipt cookie that lets you reopen a listing or RFQ you submitted before you created an account. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and submission records while your account is open and for as long as needed for legal, tax, compliance and dispute purposes afterwards. Rate-limit records expire within a day. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information we no longer need to keep.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by writing to rawixis@apixis.dev. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
8. International transfers and security
Rawixis is run from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, row-level security in the database and least-privilege server keys. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
9. Children
Rawixis is a business service for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. If a change is material we will tell signed-in users first.
