Rawixis connects buyers and suppliers of critical materials. It is not a party to their trades. These terms explain what that means for you.

Rawixis is operated by APIXIS.DEV LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who visits rawixis.vercel.app or any other Rawixis domain, creates an account, posts a listing or request for quote (RFQ), sends a quote, or buys a platform seat ("you").
By using Rawixis you agree to these terms. If you use Rawixis for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that company, and "you" includes the company.
Rawixis is a marketplace and information service. It helps buyers and sellers of critical materials find each other, share specifications, and exchange quotes.
Rawixis is not a party to any trade between users. We do not buy, sell, take title to, store, inspect, ship or insure any material. We are not the exporter of record, importer of record, customs broker, freight forwarder, escrow agent or payment processor for a trade. A quote accepted on Rawixis creates a deal record so both sides can follow up. Any contract for material is made directly between the buyer and the seller, on terms they agree between themselves.
Listings, specifications, quantities, purity values, prices and lead times are stated by the user who posted them. Unless a listing is clearly marked as verified, we have not checked them. Do your own due diligence before you rely on anything you read here.
Many critical materials, magnets and related technology are controlled. You are solely responsible for complying with every law that applies to your activity, including sanctions and export-control laws (for example the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, OFAC sanctions programs, EU and UK sanctions and dual-use rules, and China's export-control rules administered by MOFCOM), as well as customs, tariff classification, anti-bribery and anti-money-laundering laws.
You are responsible for obtaining and keeping any export, import or end-use licence, permit or authorisation your trade needs. Rawixis does not obtain licences for you and does not give legal or trade-compliance advice.
You need an account with a verified email to post quotes, accept quotes or buy a seat. You can sign in with email or with your Apixis ID. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at rawixis@apixis.dev if you think someone else has used your account.
You must be at least 18 and use Rawixis for business purposes. Information you give us, including your company name and contact email, must be accurate.
New listings and RFQs are reviewed by Rawixis staff before they appear in the marketplace. We may approve, decline, withdraw or close any submission. Approval is not an endorsement, a verification of the seller, or a statement that the material may lawfully be traded.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it on Rawixis and with the other party to an RFQ or quote, so we can run the service.
You may not post anything false, misleading, infringing or unlawful, impersonate anyone, scrape the site, interfere with its security, or use it to send spam.
Paid Rawixis features are priced in Ixis, the credit used across Apixis products. Ixis are bought and held in Apixis Wallet, which is operated by the Apixis family and has its own terms. 100 Ixis equal US$1. Rawixis never takes card payments itself.
A seat gives the signed-in account the features described on the pricing page for 30 days from purchase. Seats do not renew automatically. Ixis spent on a seat are not refundable except where the law requires a refund or Apixis Wallet's terms provide one.
Apixis charges a platform fee of 5% (500 basis points) on transactions settled in Ixis through Rawixis. The fee is shown before you confirm. Prices for materials quoted between users are set by those users and are paid between them, outside Rawixis, unless we clearly say otherwise.
Cixy answers general questions about using Rawixis. Its answers are generated by an AI model, may be wrong, and are not legal, tax, trade-compliance or investment advice. Do not share confidential information with Cixy that you are not allowed to share with a third-party AI provider.
Rawixis is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any user will perform, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, APIXIS.DEV LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Rawixis or any trade with another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to Rawixis is limited to the greater of the value of the Ixis you spent on Rawixis in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
You agree to indemnify APIXIS.DEV LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listings, quotes, trades, breach of these terms, or breach of any law, including sanctions and export-control law.
You can stop using Rawixis at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been broken, or to protect users or the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect. Questions: rawixis@apixis.dev.
